He consults in designing & enhancing most aspects of manufacturing and business systems including but not limited to MRP, CRP, ERP, EDI, CRM, and JIT.  Troy is accomplished in the numerous areas of Expertise listed below.  He is an experienced project leader, IT director, and business owner.  He is a self-starter with excellent problem solving and leadership skills.  And he is certified in Production and Inventory Management (APICS CPIM).

Troy consulted primarily for Gage Marketing, Inc., a sister company of Carlson Companies, which was at that time the largest order fulfillment company in the world.  He redesigned and enhanced their TOPS order fulfillment system on UniData.  As a Project leader, he designed, developed, and implemented the collateral merchandise system for Target stores.  He also designed and implemented order fulfillment for Kool-Aid Kids merchandise.  And he designed and implemented RJ Reynolds merchandising fulfillment enhancements.

Troy designed, developed, and enhanced various modules of Manage 2000, ROI Systems enterprise manufacturing and distribution software written in UniData.  He also implemented software module JS exclusively for Job Shop manufacturers.  And he designed & enhanced tools used for software development.

Troy designed, developed, and enhanced various modules for their enterprise leasing software package InfoLease including customer service, buyouts, capital leases, and operating leases, utilizing PICK OA, R83, PICK for mainframes, UniData, UniVerse, and Ultimate systems.  He assisted with data conversions, helped to debug the original version of UniData, and worked with systems interconnectivity using ViaDuct.
